the staff was cute! our room was huge and very comfortable. it had a view over the canal. breakfast was excellent with a really good selection too!
the hotel has many stairs. this is something that you should be aware of!

the hotel is in a great location, away from the busy center, but only a short walk to the vaporetto stop. there were also a number of very good restaurants close by. this made exploring very easy!

The hotel was luxurious, near the canal, so romantic. it was a short walk from the port (about 5 minutes), it was very convenient. the staff were friendly. The porter helped with our luggage, they were available 24/7.

The hotel is very close to San Marco Square. Staff members were always happy to help. They were very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean (it was wonderful). We really enjoyed our stay and the price was very affordable.

the location met my expectations, it was adequately central.
I EXPERIENCED delays during check-in. A considerable amount of time was WASTED. even at 13:30, my room wasn't available. waiting for luggage transport further compounded this issue. the KEY to the main entrance was unreliable, demanding assistance each time I entered.
